Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store mobiro.eu, operated by MB Verida Solutions, in the version valid at the time the order is placed.

  2. Conclusion of Contract
    By placing an order on our website, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.

A contract is concluded when MB Verida Solutions confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

We will confirm acceptance within two (2) business days.

Business days are all calendar days in Lithuania and Poland except weekends and public holidays.

  1. Delivery, Shipping Costs, Transfer of Risk
    Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Delivery is available across the European Union (except where stated otherwise).

For consumers, the risk transfers only upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers, the risk transfers when the goods are handed over to the logistics provider.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page or at checkout.

  1. Retention of Title
    All goods remain the property of MB Verida Solutions until full payment has been received.

  2. Payments
    We accept payments only in EUR (Euro €).

Payment Method
The following payment method is currently available:

Bank transfer (invoice-based payment)

Payment Instructions
Payments via bank transfer must be made in EUR (€).

After placing an order, the customer will receive payment instructions and/or an invoice containing the necessary bank details.

The customer must include the order number in the payment reference.

All bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to introduce additional payment methods in the future.

  1. Liability for Defects
    Statutory consumer protection laws of Lithuania apply.

New goods — full statutory liability
Used goods — liability for consumers limited to 1 year; excluded for business customers

Liability for injury to life, body, health, and product liability laws remains unaffected.

  1. Consumer Information in Distance Selling
    a) Input errors can be corrected using the website editing functions prior to submitting the order.

b) Product characteristics and validity of limited offers are shown in the product descriptions.

c) Contract languages: English and/or another language selected by the customer.

d) Complaints may be submitted via the contact information provided on the website.

e) We do not store the full contract text; customers should save order confirmations.

f) Payment, delivery, and service details are displayed during checkout and in product offers.

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us via email at:

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories

Return instructions will be provided after contacting customer support.

  1. Dispute Resolution
    We are not obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings, but may do so voluntarily.

  1. Governing Law
    The contractual relationship between the customer and MB Verida Solutions is governed by the laws of Lithuania.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

  1. Data Protection
    Customer data is processed strictly for contract fulfilment and in accordance with applicable laws.
